11. Data retention and deletion
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide you with SCOR Digital Solutions’ Services and for legitimate and essential business purposes. Once your Personal Data are no longer necessary, they will be stored during the legally foreseen terms. If we are not legally allowed or required to maintain certain Personal Data, if you request, we will delete them or anonymise your Personal Data so that it no longer identifies you.

How long do we keep your information for?
Your information is kept for up to 2 years if you are unsuccessful in your application. If you are successful with your application, your information is kept for up to 7 years after your employment with us ceases.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask for us to give you a copy of the information.
